Back-To-School SALE
It's that time of year again...time to go through our dance bags and figure out what new supplies we need before Fall classes start. If your leotards have shrunk or your shoes don't fit anymore, make sure you attend our annual Back-To-School SALE.
Our Back-To-School SALE will take place at our Independence location Friday, August 13th from 4:00-6:00pm. Our SALE will take place in Cedar Falls on Saturday, August 14th from 10:00am-2:00pm.
All merchandise will be marked down...shoes, leotards, tights, pants, batons...EVERYTHING.
NEW Classes At Kinetic Energy
Fusion Fitness combines several work-out forms to give optimal wellness benefits. Participants will focus on circuit training, interval training, strength training, aerobic excercise and flexibility. Fusion Fitness is a great way to prevent and overcome a plateau in your excercise routine!
Fusion Fitness will explore Afro dance, Kickboxing, Capoeira and Yoga style movements. For optimal benefit, participants are encouraged to enroll in both days, but for busy participants one day a week is also available. Classes are open to adults and will meet at the following times:

Capoeira is a Brazilian dance form that combines dance movement with martial arts. It focuses on fluidity, acrobatics, and teamwork. Classes are available starting at age four and available at the following times:
Wednesday 4:00-4:55 Capoeira (ages 7-Teen) - Cedar Falls
Thursday 5:00-5:45 Capoeira (ages 4-7) - Cedar Falls
Brazilian Folk Dance involves Maculele and Paxada de Rede. Maculele is a dance performed with sticks about a young warrior who fought to save his tribe. Paxada de Rede is a fisherman's dance. Brazilian Folk Dance will be offered at the following time:
